IPO Dash ("the game") is a free daily puzzle game operated by FinLang Ltd, a company registered in the UK. By playing, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

IPO Dash is a free game of skill — a daily puzzle plus optional bonus rounds and a leaderboard. There are no prizes, no entry fees, and no gambling. We may change, pause, or withdraw any part of the game at any time.

You can play without an account. You choose a callsign shown on the public leaderboard — don't use a name that is offensive, impersonates someone, infringes anyone's rights, or contains personal data you wouldn't want public. We may change or remove a callsign, score, or account that breaks these Terms.

The leaderboard is meant to be fair. You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automation; exploit bugs; manipulate scores or attempts; or otherwise cheat. We use anti-cheat checks and may discount scores or remove accounts we believe are dishonest, at our discretion.

Don't misuse the game — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully.

The game, its name, design, puzzles, and content are owned by FinLang Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play for your own enjoyment. You may share your results (e.g. your time or streak) freely.

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores/streaks will always be preserved.

The game is free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinLang Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

IPO Dash is family-friendly and children play it. If you're under 18, please check with a parent or guardian. We keep data collection minimal — see the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
